Club-branded kit

This page gives full details as to how to order the club's range of club-branded clothing.  Club-branded kit, provided exclusively to the club by Surridge, features the club badge embroidered onto each item of clothing.  Pictures of most of the club-branded clothing are lower down this page - scroll down to view.  To see the clothing first hand before ordering, please contact Keith Young.  details on how to order clothing are below.

Order forms can be downloaded from the website, or can be picked up in the clubhouse or can be obtained, by return email, from Keith Young.  Anyone with any queries on how to order can also contact Keith by 'phone (07802-951913).

Two times to order

The bulk order - early April 

To have your order included in a pre-season bulk order, download an order form, and return it with payment to Keith Young.  Cash or cheques are accepted, with cheques being made payable to: Poloc Cricket Club.  In addition there is a facility to complete your order using a credit card - see order form for details.  A bulk order is normally placed with Surridge in early April for delivery - hopefully! - in time for the start of junior and senior outdoor practice.  To ensure your order is included in this initial order please pass your completed order form and payment to Keith at the beginning of April.

Individual orders - at any time 

Kit can be ordered at any time by downloading and completing an order form and returning it with payment to Keith Young.  Completed order forms will then be passed to Surridge for processing - orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible.

As well as downloading them from the website, hard copies of kit order forms can be obtained either from Keith Young or from the clubhouse.  Please remember to complete all parts of the form - especially sizes - including remembering to sign and date it.
