the undernoted are the club's junior section membership application and related consent forms.  to use the forms move your mouse over the form you are interested in, right-click and select the "Print Picture..." option.  once printed, please complete and either hand in to the clubhouse or post it to the club at the address shown on the "find us" page of the website.
