membership subscriptions are due annually in advance with prompt payment being extremely valuable to the club's financial position. subscriptions can be paid in quarterly instalments with prior arrangement with the club secretary, gordon kennedy, that, at latest, must have been made by 31 may. any member who does not settle their subscription either in full by 31 may or who has not entered into a payment plan with the approval of the club secretary will not be eligible for selection for poloc in any sport until the outstanding moneys are paid.

golf section
the golf section subscription is paid separately; the 2007-08 subscriptions were due by 1 november 2007 and should have been paid to the section's honorary treasurer, stewart allan, by that date.
